I’m a Policy, Ethics, and Compliance Consultant with over 18 years of corporate and consulting experience helping organizations uncover hidden compliance gaps, strengthen governance, and reduce legal risk. My experience includes supporting operations spanning 16 countries across North America, Europe, Asia‑Pacific, and Australia, giving me a practical understanding of diverse legislative and regulatory requirements and how they translate into real‑world implementation.
I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology and a B.Com. in Marketing, which also inform the secondary service line I offer through my company: mental‑health, resiliency, and neurodiversity education sessions for workplaces. I’ve spoken to audiences around the world at corporate events, conferences, and industry summits — sharing evidence‑based strategies that support healthier, more inclusive, and high‑performing teams.
My focus is to help organizations build stronger, ethically grounded workplace cultures, enhance corporate governance, and create environments where both the organization and its people can thrive. Whether I’m supporting policy and compliance work or facilitating mental‑health and resiliency education, my goal is always the same: to help workplaces function at their highest potential.
I look forward to connecting with you and discussing how I can best support your organization.
