I’m a Policy and Compliance Consultant, Speaker, Author, and Mental Health Advocate/Educator aiming to help organizations build a workplace that’s both compliant and compassionate!

My background includes a B.Sc. (Psychology) and B.Com. (Marketing) and over 18 years of combined corporate and consulting experience in HR, policy, compliance and ethics, keynote speaking, and facilitation of corporate sessions on mental health and resiliency.

My policy and compliance experience extends across 16 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia, with a clear understanding of country specific legislative requirements; allowing me to offer comprehensive solutions with a unique global perspective.

I’ve also spoken to audiences around the world, at corporate events, summits/conferences, fundraising events, and been featured on multiple TV, radio, podcasts and publications where I share strategies and tips from my book and lived experience to provide an all-encompassing approach to mental health and wellness.
